Responsabilidades

• Serve as the team lead and first point of escalation for the Licensing and Registration Team.
• Facilitate the processing of licensing requests, tobacco stamp orders, and bond applications.
• Manage communications with taxpayers regarding inquiries through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and best practices related to taxation.
• Contribute to team effectiveness through participation in meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
