Job Title: IT EHS Solution Consultant
Location: Brazil (Remote)
Job Type: Contract Thru 12/31/25

Job Summary
The IT EHS Solution Consultant is responsible for leading the design, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our client’s EHS-related business applications and systems. This role will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Leads, IT Partners, 3rd Party Vendors, and key stakeholders to develop solutions based on business priorities while leveraging SAFe Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Systems and Application Development & Deployment

• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot business applications and systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure system integration.
• Define solution requirements, enforce standards, and optimize system performance.

Testing, Documentation, and Procedures

• Develop and execute testing procedures to ensure quality assurance.
• Maintain technical documentation and implement system maintenance processes.

Other Duties (10%)

• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or 7+ years of experience without a degree).
• Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT and systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and how data/software applications support them.
• Oracle and/or SQL Server DBMS experience.
• Strong analytical, hardware, and software skills.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into solutions.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, training, and implementing new applications.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe Agile preferred).
• Strong proficiency in estimation and planning.
• Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certifications: Technical Certification(s) in Software Development or Software Applications.
• Experience:

• .Net and Web Service Development experience.
• Experience with EHS SaaS platforms such as Intelex and Sphera.
• React web development experience.
