We seek a Lead HR Generalist to support our AMER region, shaping and creating an innovative HR function. This senior role involves leading regional and global HR initiatives, providing compliant, scalable HR operations, advising on employee lifecycle issues, and partnering with regional leadership. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data trends.

Location: Remote in the AMER region

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver accurate and compliant HR operations promptly.
  2. Collaborate with the Americas HR Manager and Global HR Head to influence regional HR strategies.
  3. Manage talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Partner with managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning.
  5. Work with HRIS team to optimize HR processes.
  6. Coach managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
  7. Support training and development programs.
  8. Build trusted regional business partnerships.
  9. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  10. Design policies and lead global HR projects.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Strong academic background from high school and university.
  2. Experience leading HR initiatives across regions in a tech environment.
  3. Regional HR experience in Latin America, especially Brazil and/or Mexico, with knowledge of local labor laws.
  4. Proven business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
  5. Hands-on approach to daily HR routines.
  6. Mentoring and development experience.
  7. Excellent project management skills.
  8. Experience working remotely.
  9. Data-driven decision-making skills.
  10. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  11. Self-motivated, organized, confident, results-oriented, open-minded, and enthusiastic.
  12. Willing to travel up to 4 times annually.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Knowledge of immigration policies and mobility processes.
  2. Payroll and benefits experience.
  3. Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  4. Professional HR certifications.
  5. Facilitation skills.
