We're looking for an experienced Lead to guide their core development team.

Requirements:
- Experience leading software engineering teams.
- Backend Expertise: Advanced-level Golang proficiency; experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Cloud & DevOps: Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Monitoring & Observability: Proficient with Datadog.
- Frontend Familiarity: Working knowledge of and TypeScript for occasional small frontend tasks.
- Other: Professional Fluent English, strong sense of ownership, and a Site Reliability mindset
- Nice-to-have: IoT Expertise, experience with MQTT protocol and embedded Linux applications.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, manage daily operations, and drive technical excellence.
- Architecture & Development: Own and evolve the backend architecture using Golang, ensuring code quality, scalability, and reliability
- Infrastructure Management: Manage key aspects of cloud infrastructure, including DNS and Kubernetes adjustments.
- Planning & Execution: Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and feature decomposition.
- System Reliability: Champion best practices in monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning with SRE principles.
- Production Support: Lead investigations into critical issues, working closely with support and QA teams to ensure fast resolution.
- Full-Stack Oversight: Contribute occasionally to frontend and on-device clients through code reviews and bug fixes when needed.
