Overview

Healthcare Services opportunity for a role in lead generation / inside sales with salary up to $55K annually. Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in target markets
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and campaigns to understand client needs
  • Schedule sales appointments, demos, and meetings for the Sales Team
  • Track and manage lead activity in CRM for accurate reporting and visibility
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve lead generation goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing experience; Workers' Compensation or healthcare preferred
  • Proven success in meeting lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in phone sales
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software; HubSpot proficiency preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Workers' Compensation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to provide and confirm a HIPAA-compliant home office environment
