Marlabs is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Angular, and Azure. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps responsibilities.

You will mentor team members, drive engineering best practices, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives. An ideal candidate has 8+ years in full-stack development and strong Azure experience.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience including Python.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong SQL Server design, modeling, and performance tuning.
• REST API development and integration experience; DevOps practices.

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python), you will help design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. This role combines hands‑on development, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps responsibilities, requiring a highly skilled engineer who can mentor team members, drive engineering best practices, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Day-to-Day

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python and modern application frameworks.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
• Develop modern, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular Material.
• Design and build secure RESTful APIs and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
• Optimize SQL Server databases through performance tuning, indexing strategies, and efficient data modeling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps while supporting automated deployments and release processes.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery and architectural best practices.

Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in Python.
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud‑native applications on Microsoft Azure.
