Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. seeks an experienced events professional to lead calendar planning, budget and contract oversight, and collateral production for global events.

You will manage lead capture, Salesforce hygiene, and post-event KPI reporting while coordinating with regional teams to secure speaking engagements and partnerships. Ideal candidates have B2B tech or industrial event experience, strong remote work autonomy, and fluency with Cvent, Salesforce, and collaboration

• Experience in event production for B2B tech or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools (Asana, Confluence, Skilljar).
• Budget and contract fluency; vendor negotiation experience.
• Language and compliance per region as noted in regional requirements.
