Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Location: Remote (Ability to support US Central Time Zone)

Job Overview:

The Lead Data Scientist will play a key role in designing,developing, and deploying advanced analytics solutions to support theclient’s transformation and rapid growth. This role requires a deepunderstanding of statistical and machine learning methodologies toextract insights and enable business partners to make data-drivendecisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning andstatistical models for predictive analytics, classification,clustering, regression, time series analysis, and other advancedanalytics solutions.
• Work closely with business partners totranslate complex business problems into clear data science models andactionable insights.
• Lead data science projects fromconception to implementation, collaborating with internal and externalteams.
• Optimize and scale analytics solutions usingcloud-based and distributed computing technologies.
• Effectively communicate technical findings and insights toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Expert knowledgeof statistics and machine learning methods, including regression,classification, time series analysis, clustering, simulation, anddimensionality reduction.
• Strong experience in traditionalmachine learning and statistics-based data science projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently andcollaboratively, working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, andR.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools (e.g.,Databricks), distributed computing, and cloud analytics (e.g., Azure).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to present complex insights to stakeholders.
