Pay Range: $32 - $38/hour, based on experience Location: Fleetwood, PA Job Overview: DESCCO Design & Construction Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Commercial/Infrastructure Foreman to lead daily field operations across commercial and infrastructure projects.
In this hands-on leadership role, you''ll coordinate crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and directly contribute to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise field crews and oversee daily job site operations.
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for job execution.
Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols.
Forecast and solve job site issues proactively.
Maintain and manage project schedules and job costs.
Perform layout and surveying using transits and levels.
Communicate effectively with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
Keep thorough, organized project documentation using provided tech devices.
Provide hands-on labor support as needed including: Mixing and placing concrete Operating power and hand tools Performing layout, measurement, and material prep Uphold DESCCO's standards for integrity, professionalism, and quality.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent.
2+ years of supervisory experience in commercial or infrastructure construction.
Strong leadership, math, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and job site safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with physical demands.
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
Completion of or willingness to complete OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification.
