What You Will Do

As part of the Business Enablement Solutions team, the Lead Commercial Analyst is responsible for developing scalable Power BI dashboards that support commercial performance across LATAM. This role translates business needs into data-driven solutions, partnering closely with General Managers, VPs, and Senior Managers. The analyst will collaborate with EMEA peers to adapt best practices and global tools, ensuring alignment and efficiency. Acting as the primary analytics contact in the region, this role enables strategic decision-making through standardized reporting, data governance, and strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Global IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and scale Power BI dashboards to support commercial teams across multiple LATAM countries.
  • Gather and translate requirements from General Managers, VPs, and Senior Managers into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Commercial Analytics peers to adapt global tools and best practices for LATAM markets.
  • Act as the main analytics liaison for sales and marketing leadership, delivering timely and insightful reports.
  • Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, from problem definition through dashboard deployment and user training.
  • Ensure data governance by managing master data, marketing product hierarchies, and standardized sales reporting.
  • Promote self-service analytics by training users and supporting BI tool adoption across commercial teams.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Global IT to continuously improve data pipelines and KPIs supporting commercial strategy.

What you need:

Required:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Intermediate level of Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: SQL, Python, DAX, or Power BI

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the medical devices industry
