What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of AMCAS policies and verification processing instructions
- Perform verification activities associated with the processing of AMCAS applications
- Evaluate and compare applicant-submitted data to official transcripts and supporting documents
- Manage the Verification Workflow Admin Queue and maintain the college and university grading system database
- Train and guide new verifiers on AMCAS verification policies, tools, and systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented processing environment
- Prior experience coaching or mentoring team members in a professional setting
- Experience supporting or facilitating training programs or onboarding processes for new staff
