Base pay range

Company Description

We are a U.S.-based legal firm with an office located on Avenida Paulista, São Paulo (near MASP). We are seeking a Licensed Attorney fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) to join our team in person at our São Paulo office and work directly with U.S.-based clients.

Client Base: U.S.-based clients

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Remote Work: Up to 4 days per month (hybrid model)

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum 9/10 proficiency)
• OAB License (valid in Brazil)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Conversational Spanish (preferred but not required)
• Resume in English (applications in Portuguese will be disregarded)
• Monthly Salary (based on 22 labor units per month)
• Experience levels and salaries:
• Junior (0–2 years): $1,000 USD/month
• Mid-Level (2–4 years): $1,100 USD/month
• Senior (4+ years): $1,200 USD/month
• All as MEI contractor – not CLT
• Performance Bonuses: Based on individual and firm performance
• Hybrid flexibility
