Job Description: Sales/Account Manager

In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. This role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Customer Engagements: Build relationships with existing and new customers, understand their business needs, and provide suitable products or solutions.
  2. Develop Sales Strategies: Define sales and growth strategies for key customers aligned with business objectives.
  3. Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek new business within current and potential accounts.
  4. Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts effectively and close deals to meet sales targets.
  6. Communicate Value: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
  7. Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closure, maintaining momentum and engagement.
  8. Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key contacts.

Must Have:

  • 10 years of experience in external accounts and with internal service providers (logistics, finance).
  • Experience with Healthcare Packaging.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and advanced Spanish skills.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including supply chain dynamics.
  • Experience with packaging and raw materials in the chemical industry.
