At FMC, we are building our Precision Agriculture team to provide innovative solutions that help farmers protect their crops against pests and make informed decisions through digital tools. FMC’s focus on crop protection and agronomic advice positions us as a leader in agricultural sciences.

The Project Management Specialist will coordinate project execution for precision application deployments across multiple regions, including pilot projects and full rollouts. Responsibilities include supporting the Commercial Launch Plan, developing project deliverables, monitoring success metrics, and communicating project risks effectively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate expansion plans for FMC’s precision agriculture solutions with regional leaders and commercial teams in LATAM.
• Manage launch activities, including deployment, adoption, and expansion of solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, communicate progress, and address risks and issues.
• Support customer meetings and engage with country teams to drive project success.
• Share project updates and success measures with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, business, marketing, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with multidisciplinary project teams; PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese; working knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
