Position: Product GTM (Go-to-Market) Manager

We are looking for a talented Product GTM Manager to support EF (External Fulfillment) product launches. You will serve as the key link between EF product and business/operations teams in Latin America, leading go-to-market plans, coordinating stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives to benefit our Customers and Sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in processes, coordinating inputs from multiple sources.
  2. Dive deep into issues to differentiate isolated from structural problems.
  3. Develop creative solutions to enhance Seller Experience.
  4. Balance priorities, optimize resource use.
  5. Assess impact and potential of ideas and pain points.
  6. Support Product team on Roadmap prioritization.
  7. Create programmatic solutions and business cases.
  8. Design short and long-term solutions.
  9. Lead GTM plans for multiple features, coordinating across orgs.
  10. Organize plans, map risks, and develop adoption strategies.
  11. Gain stakeholder support through narratives and influence.
  12. Set goals, track metrics, and manage obstacles.
  13. Communicate performance, analyze root causes, and identify improvements.
  14. Benchmark against competitors and best practices.
  15. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance needs and constraints.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data for improvements.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end delivery and results communication to leadership.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience building processes, projects, and schedules.
