What You Will Do

We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Instruments business across Latin America. Based in Brazil and reporting to the LatAm Marketing Director, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading product launches, and optimizing pricing approaches across the region. The role will manage a team of two Product Managers and will be an active member of the regional marketing leadership team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders from different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for the Instruments portfolio, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs across Latin America.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, managing timelines, messaging, positioning, and cross-functional alignment to drive successful market penetration.
  • Drive pricing strategy by conducting value-based analyses, monitoring market dynamics, and aligning commercial goals with profitability and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and training functions to ensure field enablement, developing tools, content, and training plans that support commercial execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to proactively adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the Instruments business in key leadership forums, contributing to strategic planning, business reviews, and cross-country initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Product Managers, setting clear objectives, supporting career growth, and fostering strong collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and brand guidelines in all marketing initiatives, while maintaining high standards of execution and accountability.
What you need:

Required:

  • Previous experience in Medical Devices industries
  • Bachellor’s Degree
  • Strong experience in strategic Marketing positions
  • Previous experience leading regional Marketing teams
  • Advanced English and Spanish level

Preferred:

  • Experience with Digital Marketing
  • Experience organizing Medical Education events
