Qualificações

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B companies.
  • Intermediate-level English (min. B2).
  • Experience in education and with HR stakeholders is a plus.

The Opportunity

Our Team in Brazil is looking for a LATAM Marketing Analyst to work with executives at some of the largest companies in the market, helping them to progress their employees’ communication skills, and achieve their strategic objectives through managerial and executive training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, helping to implement event activities, social media initiatives, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the marketing plan.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating corporate events, including supporting production, promotion, and communication with suppliers and partners, as well as providing support during and after the event for follow-up and analysis.
  • Social Media and Digital Campaign Management: Help manage social media platforms and digital campaigns, ensuring content is consistent and engaging, while tracking performance to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, using analytics tools to gather insights and assist in improving future initiatives.
  • Support Internal and External Communication: Assist in content creation for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and helping engage the target audience effectively.

The Skills & Experience We Look For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B companies
  • Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
  • Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients
  • Intermediate-level English (min. B2)
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a similar field is preferred
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
