Prysmian Group in Brazil seeks an experienced LATAM IT Delivery Manager to lead the Applications Delivery function, ensuring stable, scalable enterprise applications and timely delivery across LATAM.

You'll oversee SAP-centric teams, govern PMO practices, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the region with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and digital transformation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business administration, computer and information science, or related fields.
• Master in Information Technology, MIS, Data Analysis, Project Management or related areas will be a plus.
• Proven experience managing Enterprise Applications.
• Delivery in complex corporate environments.
• Strong background in SAP environments including management, support, evolution and project delivery.
• Experience leading multifunctional SAP teams across regional operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional teams and operations across Latin America.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across Business and Technology organizations.
• PMO, project portfolio management and large-scale technology programs experience.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong vendor, contract management and service performance management skills.
• Experience managing technology budgets including CAPEX/OPEX planning and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.

• Lead the Applications Delivery organization, ensuring operational excellence, stability, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
• Manage multifunctional SAP teams (functional, technical, integration, support, and application management).
• Lead regional teams and initiatives across Latin America with collaboration and standardization.
• Manage relationships with key Technology and Business stakeholders for aligned delivery.
• Lead and evolve the SAP Competence Center with governance and best practices.
• Manage the applications portfolio, ensuring delivery quality, on-time delivery, and budget alignment.
• Establish and strengthen PMO practices, governance, project portfolio management, risk, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and user experience.
• Manage strategic vendors and partners, including SLA governance and performance management.

We are looking for a LATAM IT Delivery Manager. Reporting to LATAM IT Director this position will lead the Applications Delivery function, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and continuous evolution of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Applications Delivery organization, ensuring operational excellence, application stability, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of technology initiatives
• Manage multifunctional teams, including SAP functional, technical, integration, support, and application management resources
• Lead regional teams and initiatives across Latin America, ensuring collaboration, standardization, and execution consistency across countries
• Manage relationships with key Technology and Business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities, expectations, and delivery outcomes
• Lead and evolve the SAP Competence Center, establishing governance, best practices, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the applications portfolio, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, budget control, and alignment with business strategy
• Establish and strengthen PMO practices, including governance frameworks, project portfolio management, risk management, executive reporting, and performance tracking
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, innovation, and enhanced user experience

Who We're Looking For
