The LATAM Elevator and Escalator Senior Manager provides leadership, direction, and resource management for the LATAM sales organization. The LATAM Sales Leader is responsible for overall sales performance, achieving profitable sales goals, and aligning sales objectives with the global business strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of the LATAM EEBU, including organizational design, hiring, sales roles, channel design, and resource deployment.
  2. Lead the sales management team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethics.
  3. Coordinate with Prysmian country/region teams and EEBU Regions to align policies and achieve results.
  4. Oversee the allocation of objectives across sales channels, markets, and personnel, ensuring accountability for results.
  5. Establish sales organizational principles, processes, and performance measures.
  6. Manage pricing and oversee the LATAM quoting process using updated costs.
  7. Handle E&E LATAM sales contracts, set targets for sales reps, and monitor KPIs.
  8. Prepare sales volume forecasts and establish rolling forecasts for the business and product segments.
  9. Ensure proper CRM utilization by the sales team to enhance efficiency.
  10. Identify business opportunities, research market trends, and develop strategies for revenue growth in Latin America.
  11. Develop relationships with strategic partners and conduct feasibility studies for product and service improvements.
  12. Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results as needed.
Key Attributes
  • Completion of a 4-year degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or International Selling.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 6-8 years of proven sales and international business experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present to senior management and diverse cultures.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
