  • Promote data-driving decision making throughout teams.

  • Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Transform data into actionable insights in the form of detailed narratives, influencing peers and senior leadership.

  • Propose goals and additional metrics, track progress, and report on status of deliveries.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analyst role

  • Advanced SQL, ETL, Excel and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in creating requirements documents and process flows

  • Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making

  • Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment

  • Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required

  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
