Aggreko plc is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist based in Jaguariuna, São Paulo, Brazil. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data pipelines, and tabular models to transform raw data into strategic insights for Sales, Finance, and Operations across Latin America.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply advanced modeling techniques, and explore AI capabilities to automate reports while adhering to Agile practices for iterative delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field with hands-on BI development experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling and data warehouse design knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL and DAX; Databricks experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to stakeholders across Latin America.

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Business Intelligence Specialist based in Jaguariuna, São Paulo, Brazil. You’ll design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data pipelines, tabular models, that turn raw data into the strategic insight to our Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders across Latin America to rely on and to drive performance and smarter decisions.

What you’ll do as a Business Intelligence Specialist:

• Design and build Power BI reports, dashboards, and tabular models for Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR across Latin America, applying advanced tabular modeling techniques to ensure performance and scalability.
• Partner with business analysts and regional Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to translate their data and reporting needs into BI solutions, communicating technical concepts clearly across varied audiences.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, quality-assured data pipelines, safeguarding data integrity and security across all BI solutions for Latin America operations.
• Explore and apply AI capabilities to automate and enhance reports, data outputs, and analytical processes, identifying new opportunities for insight and efficiency.
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver BI solutions iteratively, promoting evidence-based decision-making and sharing Power BI best practices across the team.

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with 3-5 years of hands‑on BI development experience.
• Advanced in Power BI, with solid data modeling experience (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema) and data warehouse design; familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to BI is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data and comfortable building intermediate-level DAX measures; experience with Databricks is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Intermediate Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to varied regional stakeholders.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, strong business acumen in Sales, Finance, and Operations, and skilled at managing multiple BI projects, diagnosing data issues, and optimizing performance under tight deadlines.
