A leading medical response organization seeks a Labor Relations Manager to lead negotiations for multiple collective bargaining agreements. This remote role requires strong supervisory experience, a background in labor relations, and the ability to manage extensive travel. Responsibilities include guiding operational staff on labor issues, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with labor agreements. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years as a chief negotiator and experience in union-free organizing activities. Annual Compensation: $175,000.00 DOE
Position Type: This position is bonus eligible
The Labor Relations Manager acts as the chief/lead negotiator for collective bargaining negotiations; leads internal campaigns to remain union free; assists in maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations; interprets collective bargaining agreements; assists in grievance procedures; and assists/advises all operational levels on labor matters.
