A global energy services company is looking for an experienced individual to work with Open Hole Wireline technologies. In this role, you will provide services at the well site, interpret data for clients, and guide junior professionals. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and at least 2.5 years of field operations experience are required. This position is based in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, and offers competitive compensation.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, applies knowledge of Halliburton's Open Hole Wireline technologies to independently provide a comprehensive set of basic and complex services and tool operations to customers at the well site. Uses engineering, mechanical, and geological principles to interpret data from proprietary software and guides clients through routine and complex drilling scenarios. Continues to learn data interpretation with increasing complexity through mentorship from wireline field leadership. Integrates understanding of the wireline business, operational procedures, and collaboration with other service lines to guide customers. Provides guidance to junior wireline field professionals on delivering less complex services and tool operations. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations is required.
