Team Overview

The Key Accounts Marketing Manager will be a strategic partner to 99Food’s top restaurant brands. This role bridges commercial vision and campaign execution — driving exclusive deals, co-marketing stunts, and high-impact promo plans to fuel both partner success and business growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing co-branded promo calendars and exclusive campaigns with strategic accounts.
  • Leading negotiations and performance reviews with key restaurants to maximize ROAS and engagement.
  • Partnering with Lifecycle, Brand, and BI teams to integrate account strategy into broader campaigns.
  • Monitoring R-Burn, order growth, and promo performance, using insights to optimize.
  • Acting as the commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, with responsibility for planning and ROI delivery.
Role Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, trade marketing, or partnerships — ideally in food, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional planning.
