Package:

Are you experienced in account management within the HVAC industry? Do you have a passion for supporting customers and driving sales growth? If so, this exciting opportunity could be for you!

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of the rapidly growing renewable heating sector, focusing on air-to-water heat pumps and hybrid heat pump solutions. You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with Specialist Distributors across the South East, ensuring success as key partners for domestic renewable heating products.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the company's ASMs and Specification Managers, supporting them in bringing installers and developers for training and product demonstrations. You will also have some involvement with merchant partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for Distributors across the South, working with key partners.
  • Work alongside sales teams to drive installers, offering training assistance and product demonstrations.
  • Organize and coordinate regional and national events to promote the brand and enhance market presence.
  • Ensure partners are up-to-date with the latest industry legislation and incentives to maximize sales potential.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase market share within the renewable heating sector.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, growth, and events.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in account management within the HVAC sector, ideally within heating and plumbing.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability & Travel: Willingness to travel across the South East and nationally as required.
