Job Responsibilities:

Enhance the work efficiency of sales and operations through product tools.

1.Understand the end-to-end business process, proactively identify bottlenecks or experience issues affecting the operational efficiency of business teams through research/interviews, data analysis, etc., and provide product solutions.

2.Manage the product project process, coordinate sales, product, technology teams, and other relevant departments to complete product feature development or optimization, and help achieve business goals more efficiently.

3.Conduct product feature training and promotion, develop comprehensive product training manuals, and assist the sales team in mastering product usage.

Job Requirements:

1.Proficient in English reading and writing (can be used as a working language).

2.More than 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations (either role is acceptable) .

3.Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently design tools and workflows.
