We are looking for outstanding Junior Software Development Engineers in Test to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D). Our R&D team is a critical part of our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue every year. You’ll encounter challenges in data analysis, machine learning, desktop, and web development, with new opportunities arising daily. The R&D area is the most interesting and challenging part of the company, with professionals at varied experience levels.

- Evaluate current testing processes and methodologies to support the QA team efficiently.
- Design, implement and maintain an automated testing infrastructure.
- Manage automation testing activities for our software solutions.
- Analyze, write and execute test scripts based on requirements.
- Work and manage tickets/bugs in a ticket tracking system.
- Innovate and suggest improvements to the working framework.
- 2+ years of experience with tracking and testing tools including test case management and project planning.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
- Experience with testing automation, including creation and management of testing environments.
- Familiarity with desktop and web-based technologies.
- Tools and issue tracking experience.
- Advanced English level.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
