Responsibilities

1. Execute outreach processes from end to end: identifying domains, contacting media outlets, negotiating link placements, and updating internal documentation.
2. Create basic content for link building using AI tools and coordinate with media for publication.
3. Track and recover broken links, maintaining link quality.
4. Report project metrics using Google Sheets, SEMrush, and present findings via Google Slides.
5. Conduct keyword research to understand user intent and map content to the buyer journey.
6. Follow structured processes for task execution, requiring supervision and guided learning.
7. Manage up to 100 monthly links for simple projects under close guidance.
8. Proactively communicate blockers and ensure alignment with project deadlines.

What We Expect From You

• 0-6 months of SEO experience; theoretical knowledge is a plus, but no hands-on experience required.
• Background in Digital Business, Data Science, Economics, or Engineering — recently graduated or still studying.
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel: formulas, pivot tables, structured analysis.
• Initial experience using AI tools for link building content creation.
• Willingness to learn tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BuzzStream, and media mailing platforms.
• Curiosity to understand and improve processes.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and good communication.
