About The Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated Analyst to join our Research and Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to facilitate seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Aggregation, synthesis, and classification of M&A, private equity, and capital markets intelligence from various sources including press, industry publications, filings, and advisories.

• Fluent in Spanish (professional negotiation level)
• Strong command of English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
