Responsabilidades

• Perform warranty analysis on customer-returned products and document findings.
• Prepare technical reports and warranty analysis documentation.
• Maintain warranty records and related documentation.
• Generate and monitor warranty and quality performance indicators.
• Lead and support rapid response activities related to quality concerns.
• Communicate warranty data to Product Development and Engineering teams.
• Execute validation tests according to established standards and procedures.
• Prepare test reports with accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor laboratory testing programs and equipment utilization.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for test equipment.
• Create and monitor performance indicators for continuous improvement.
