We are seeking a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in managing and developing partners;
• Setting tasks in outsourcing, assigning them to teams, and writing instructions;
• Communicating with partners and collecting feedback;
• Managing news channels projects;
• Handling partner requests (FAQs, onboarding assistance);
• Supporting all CRM chats.

We expect from you:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, communication) - B2+;
• Proficiency in Russian - C1+;
• Experience in negotiations, working with contractors and partners, handling claims;
• Experience with Google Workspace.
