Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data driven decisions to help them grow. And how do we do that? By listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing them with relevant insights and recommendations, while keeping the time investment for our clients at a low level by supporting them in all their decision making.
In a nutshell, we are looking for a person that is passionate about all aspects of (market) research and throws themselves completely in performing a project from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform just the right analyses to deliver clear action points to them. You do so in collaboration with other team members throughout the company.
You responsabilities:
- The main expected mission is about: running the project smoothly, from the questionnaire, quotas, material updates to the fieldwork follow-ups, data weightings decisions, report template update, coordination with report automation team for performing updates, running report automation, analysing reports
- Coordinating the involvement of the internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, Data Processing and local customer success)
- Being a daily contact point with the local customer success executive
- Have ownership and work in autonomy following the team-lead guidelines across each step of the project:
- Internal organization & planning: converting project milestones into effective timings for each internal teams involved (project management, data processing, scripting,…)
- Project execution & quality excellence: questionnaire design & updates, material preparation, quotas formalization, data weighting, fieldwork structure adjustments, data processing tabulation design, data validation, report template preparation or updates, report automation running and parameters updates, report checking, report analysis, …and get ready to start step-in into client presentations
- Evolve with the always transforming market research market
- Encouraging usage of genAI solutions both generic across the group and specifically designed per project
- Taking initiative for facilitating processes and augmenting quality over the studies
- Adapting to changing organizations and multi-country teams and experts
A Little Bit More About You
- A maximum of 2 years of experience in consumer research or custom research, quantitative research, with data usage, experience in working with questionnaires
- Global or Multi-country projects key experience
- Advanced Excel
- Strong organizational skills to manage research projects and meeting deadlines
- Attention to the details
- Fluent in English
- Client facing positiveness and comfort, with clear and assertive communication (both verbally and in writing)
- Natural positiveness, openness, while being people-caring
- Eagerness to learn and to develop aptitude on advanced market research topics & projects
