Junior macOS Swift Developer

This is a full-time permanent position (CLT). We are looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to engage fully with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain functionalities in native systems for macOS, transforming specifications into Swift/Objective-C code.
• Carry out tests and corrections, ensuring that solutions meet security and performance requirements.
• Develop automated tests for new features (XCTest and Swift Testing).
• Follow guidelines and best practices defined by the team, working under the supervision of more experienced developers.
• Collaborate with the team, constantly seeking to learn and improve their technical skills.

Requirements:

• Degree (or currently studying) in areas related to Computing or similar.
• 1-3 years’ experience (including internship) in development, with knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.
• Knowledge of design patterns and secure development practices.
• Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Version control (git) and team development processes.
• Intermediate English for reading and writing.

Differentials:

• Experience with debugging and performance profiling tools.
• Notions of Objective-C.
• Experience with Swift 6.
• Experience with AppKit/UIKit.
• Knowledge of operating system fundamentals (IPC, threads, security, etc.).
