About the Role:

Arrises’s Junior Counsel Brasil supports the Latam hub’s legal department by providing corporate legal services, including commercial consulting, contract drafting, and risk assessment across all Latam operations. This is a junior position reporting to the Latam legal manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drafting various tech-based agreements and legal documents (IP licenses, SaaS, software provision, NDAs, etc.)
• Monitoring multi-national regulations and staying updated on upcoming norms in Latam.
• Assisting with local regulatory authorities for the development of a live casino studio.
• Supporting the development of a scalable foundation for Brazil’s live casino studio, including creating templates, processes, and liaising with agencies and employees.
• Maintaining records of local and global policies and procedures, ensuring internal compliance.

What We Need From You:

• Licensed lawyer in Brazil with an active professional registration.
• Goal-oriented and committed to excellence.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Enjoys working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Capable of handling multi-national and multi-cultural legal work.
