Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Junior IT Operations Associate in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, offering a hybrid work model and full-time role. You will begin your career supporting customer environments across Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and monitoring while building hands-on expertise.

As an entry-level technical role, you’ll grow through the Academy and on-the-job experience, with mentors guiding you to develop in IT Operations, automation, and AI-enabled technologies.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networks, Cloud Computing, or a related technology field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and/or technical support.
• Academic knowledge, certifications, projects, internships, or practical exposure to technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, monitoring tools, backup solutions, or ticketing systems is highly desirable, but professional experience is not required.
• Strong interest in developing a technical career across IT Operations, monitoring, cloud services, Microsoft 365, automation, and AI-enabled technologies.
• English is mandatory; intermediate Spanish is highly desirable to support LATAM customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support customer IT environments, including cloud, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, monitoring, and backup technologies.
• Handle technical tickets, performing initial troubleshooting, documenting findings, and escalating when needed.
• Support monitoring environments, including basic configurations, dashboards, alerts, reports, and customer onboarding.
• Perform operational health checks and help identify opportunities to improve service stability and customer experience.
• Develop technical skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, monitoring, automation, AI, and other emerging technologies.

As a Junior IT Operations Associate, you will start your professional career supporting customer technology environments while developing hands‑on expertise across technical support, monitoring, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, backup solutions, and IT operations.

This is an entry-level technical role designed for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term technical career. Through the Academy and on‑the‑job experience, you will strengthen your technical capabilities while working alongside experienced professionals and supporting customers across different technologies.
