Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Junior Immunology MSL position, based in São Paulo.

The MSL Mission is to discuss our treatments with physicians and other healthcare professionals through customized interactions to shape behaviors and support informed decision-making, while bringing medical insights into the organization to inform medical strategy.

Main activities include:

1. Build relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals, focusing on changing medical behavior through the exchange of scientific knowledge.
2. Convey the value of attributes related to innovation (efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, QoL) to gain stakeholder endorsement.
3. Shape medical practice by influencing behaviors within the healthcare community during product pre-launch phases—preparing the healthcare environment and medical community, and accelerating adoption (including PIs engagement and pre-approval access programs).
4. Follow up on education, adoption of new knowledge, and identify barriers to medical practice change for innovative products.
5. Respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, investigators, and health systems.
6. Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer and audience needs.
7. Identify potential sites and support site recruitment as needed, in alignment with the TA Head/Senior Medical Manager.
8. Execute Medical Field Educational Events focused on pipeline products close to launch and key line products.
9. Gather insights from field interactions regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs, and opportunities.
10. Develop and execute the territory and KOL engagement plan according to strategy and stakeholder validation.

Qualifications:

• Scientific background (Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical, Health, or Biological Science degree).
• Technical English proficiency.
• Availability to travel 75% of the time.
• Safe Fleet requirements: Valid type B driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving experience, preferably in highway zones (80-110 km/h) with standard vehicles.
