Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on workforce metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment efficiency.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute regular HR reports and dashboards for management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • HR Systems Management: Assist in maintaining HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Support HR Projects: Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives, such as engagement surveys, talent acquisition strategies, and training programs.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR role; internships are also considered valuable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
