Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communication: Support initiatives to enhance internal communication strategies and improve engagement across the organization.
  • Channel Optimization: Help improve and maintain communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, digital boards).
  • Well-Being & Employer Branding: Collaborate on well-being programs and contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • HR Support: Provide general support to other HR subsystems, gaining exposure to areas such as recruitment, training, and organizational culture.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to create meaningful and engaging content for employees.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Experience: Experience in a corporate environment (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
  • Focus Areas: Interest in internal communication, employee experience, and HR-related projects.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Digital Fluency: Familiarity with internal comms tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., intranet systems, newsletters, Canva).

  • Creativity – ability to bring fresh ideas to improve engagement.
  • Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
