Role Description:

The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing assistance to the Controller and Finance team for billing, reconciliation, and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bill invoices and debit notes to identified customers
• Manage payment collection control
• Update and maintain AR reports
• Organization and submission of AR documents/reports to Accounting team
• Compile documents for preparation of the billing report to customers' approval
• Contact customers for PO number and/or prior charge authorization
• Provide assistance with payment of fees/expenses
• Conduct AR reconciliation
• Gather necessary documents for preparation of billing
• Prepare aging report with comments
• Review of revenue account in local balance sheet/income statement
• Review of AR account in local balance sheet/income statement

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
