We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our CRM team as a Junior CRM Specialist.

This position is perfect for someone passionate about customer relationship management and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the CRM team by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in segmenting customer lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Support the CRM team in analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and providing insights that contribute to the optimization of CRM activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure that all CRM communications are consistent with the brand's voice and style.
  • Conduct research to understand customer behavior and trends, and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant internships or coursework in CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the field of CRM, with a keen interest in customer experience and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software tools relevant to the role.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
