You will be part of an international team and support project managers in different tasks related to their assignments. You will get all the necessary tools, instructions, support and mentorship in order to execute your tasks.

In your day-to-day activities, you contribute to the projects at hand and might be required to assume various roles. You get involved in assessing the needs of our clients, find opportunity areas and build other assignments fit for your level.

Key tasks:

  • Review and analyse company information, including human resources data, financial statements, marketing plans, production plans and technological data to aid project planning;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support problem-solving strategies;
  • Prepare impeccable analyses and presentations to communicate with clients;
  • Support business planning;
  • Create turnaround concepts;
  • Contribute to the project as otherwise needed.

Your skills:

  • Completed studies or about to finish studies with focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics;
  • 0-2 years professional experience in the field of management consulting, restructuring or business administration;
  • Extensive knowledge of MS-Office, with special focus on Excel and PowerPoint, with relevant Add-ons;
  • Very good numerical skills;
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. German, Spanish or Portuguese languages offer an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills for dealing with team members and clients;
  • Team player that can contribute to a constructive work environment;
  • Very good Internet and general research skills;
  • Reliable, works independently and in an organised fashion, takes ownership of their work.
