Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, seeks a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and implement targeted customer retention campaigns. You will build automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, segment databases, and define engagement flows to drive loyalty.

You will analyze performance of multichannel journeys, align data analysis with business goals, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Proficiency with SQL and ETL tools, plus MS Office, is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with database queries (SQL) and cloud-based ETL applications.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Experience in project development and identifying business opportunities.
