Jobtailor in Campinas, Brazil is seeking a Junior Art Director to craft engaging Key Visuals for our campaigns and adapt assets produced by mid-level or senior teammates.

You will develop layouts based on guidance from a Mid/Senior Art Director or Creative Director, and provide technical support to Art Assistants while collaborating closely with the team. This role values ideas, teamwork, and channel-focused design.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role at an advertising agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related courses that cover the scope of work.
• Present an online digital portfolio (website, Behance, etc.) or a PDF portfolio with examples of advertising work.
• Analytical and critical mindset to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Basic knowledge of print file preparation: able to verify images are high-resolution, produce PDF/X-1a files, etc.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Comfortable working on macOS (Apple)
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong oral presentation skills and clear communication
• Additional skills such as illustration/character design, lettering (hand-drawn typography), proficiency with a 3D tool, or other specific capabilities will be considered a plus

Requirements
