Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the creation of Key Visuals for multiple campaigns. You will translate concepts into visuals, participate in brainstorming with the Content lead, and review brand guidelines to ensure consistency across clients.

You will present your work, defend creative choices, assess feasibility with production constraints, and collaborate with teams to deliver compelling campaigns that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Key Visuals for campaigns across different clients.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Content lead to build the campaign’s creative concept.
• Research visual references and review each client’s Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.
• Translate developed concepts into visual proposals.
• Prepare the creative rationale for the Key Visual, justifying art direction choices.
• Join client presentations when needed, supporting the defense of the creative solutions.
• Assess the feasibility of executing ideas prior to client presentation, considering technical, operational, and production constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Art Director in an agency or creative studio.
• Experience with AI tools applied to the creative process.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaigns and Key Visual development.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to present and defend creative concepts clearly and strategically.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Organized and able to structure executive-level presentations.
