AgileEngine is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and Colombia. You will own contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing while coordinating daily with IT, HR, and Delivery teams.

This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong knowledge of Google Workspace. Based in Curitiba with hybrid work options, you will support local regulatory changes and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Accounting.
• 0-3 years of experience in Accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain clear, accurate financial records.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Organized, methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and related tools).

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review and validate hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payment operations through payment platforms.
• Answer finance-related questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.

ABOUT THE ROLE
