Position Overview: As a Junior Video Editor, you will play a key role in creating engaging, high-performing video ads tailored to specific audiences and platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and is eager to grow alongside our company. You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in crafting direct-response video ad creatives that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video ads optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and client brand guidelines.
3. Implement feedback from founders and clients to refine and enhance video projects.
4. Add motion graphics, text overlays, and other design elements to improve video engagement.
5. Optimize videos for various formats and aspect ratios required by different social media platforms.
6. Stay updated with trends in video advertising and social media to create relevant, cutting-edge content.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
2. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video ad specifications.
