Job Summary

The Training Instructor provides technical and behavioral training, conducts theoretical and practical activities according to the established project. It acts in the transmission of the theoretical and practical content of the training program. This vacancy is for instructors who work in the training of call center consultants in the telephony segment for individual and corporate customers.

Main activities:
  1. Application of face-to-face and virtual training;
  2. Attendance control and reports;
  3. Take care of the resources made available by the company and contractor;
  4. Ensure understanding of the proposed contents, and report to the manager positive points and improvements identified in performance.
Qualifications:
  • Desirable complete degree in the areas of technology and/or learning;
  • Previous experience with behavioral training and commercial experiences;
  • Knowledge in learning methodologies and classroom didactics for both face-to-face and virtual training;
  • Planning and organization skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Knowledge of videoconferencing resources for virtual training applications.
