Job Description

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiscal routines in the industrial sector
• Monitoring legislation
• Tax account reconciliation
• Handling fiscal queries from clients and other departments
• Fiscal Department routines:
  • Issuance and posting of product and service invoices
  • Tax calculation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, Pis, Cofins, ISS
  • Submission of ancillary declarations: Sped ICMS/IPI, Sped Contributions, Gia
  • Withholdings at source: INSS, IR, PCC, ISS
• Verify and monitor invoice data entries, analyze them, and request corrections when necessary

Background & Skills

• Complete or ongoing higher education in Accounting or Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP experience - J1BTAX preferred
• Intermediate English skills
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking
• Sense of urgency
