About the Advertising Sales Planning Department

The Advertising Sales Planning department plays a strategic and vital role within the company, responsible for optimizing and coordinating all activities related to media sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop skills in advertising, marketing, and market analysis, directly contributing to the growth of the sales area and innovation in client solutions. The department is key in defining and executing advertising sales strategies to ensure the company meets client needs effectively, innovatively, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor projects closed by the brands, ensuring delivery as planned throughout the contracted period.
  2. Support sales executives and develop media proposals based on client briefs.
  3. Analyze the client portfolio and market trends to propose solutions that increase advertising sales revenue.
  4. Learn about media (digital and TV), their metrics, and Warner Bros. Discovery’s products and platforms.
  5. Collaborate with the team, clarifying doubts about processes, tools, and resolving daily challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge of media metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, impressions, views).
  • Knowledge of audience data analysis tools (e.g., Techedge, TGI, GWI, Instar, among others).
  • Intermediate Excel skills for creating spreadsheets.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to create clear and concise PowerPoint presentations with effective layouts.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Differentials

  • Interest in advertising, marketing, or similar industries.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Skills in designing PowerPoint presentations.
