Responsibilities and assignments
If you are a detail-oriented, organized person who likes to take care of work routines with agility and precision, this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a professional with technical knowledge in labor and social security legislation to ensure the correct execution of the admission, payroll, benefits and employee service processes.

Check out what your day-to-day work routine will be like:

  1. Carry out admission and dismissal processes: document checking, registration in systems, drafting contracts, prior notice, approvals and terminations.
  2. Support in the payroll conference, launching and checking events such as overtime, additional payments, discounts and charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
  3. Ensure correct sending of information to eSocial and regulatory bodies.
  4. Control and manage corporate benefits, including transportation vouchers, food vouchers, health plans, life insurance, among others.
  5. Manage the electronic point, dealing with inconsistencies, allowances and adjustments.
  6. Monitor time banks, work shifts and compensation in accordance with legislation.
  7. Manage the vacation schedule, ensuring compliance with deadlines and checking amounts paid.
  8. Provide assistance to employees, clarifying doubts about pay slips, vacations, benefits and other labor issues.
  9. Support the HR area with reports and data for decision-making, audits and area indicators.

Requirements and qualifications

  1. Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, HR Management or related areas.
  2. Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
  3. Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel.
  4. Experience with electronic payroll and timekeeping systems (Knowledge of SAP, ADP, Senior or similar is desirable).
  5. Experience with eSocial and mandatory charge routines.
  6. Organization, attention to detail and responsibility.
  7. Good communication and collaborative attitude.
  8. Ability to work with simultaneous deadlines and demands.
  9. Analytical profile and sense of priority.

Desirable:

  1. English or Spanish (basic/intermediate level).
  2. Previous experience in medium or large companies.
